The Guild was formed in 1966 and prides itself in maintaining excellent attention to detail in the administration of every conceivable type of event, ceremony or social function. Since its foundation the Guild has justly earned a reputation that is second to none.

Fellows of the Guild are rightly proud of the training they have received which enables them to carry out their duties meticulously and efficiently, but with respect and courtesy towards the guests and officials involved.

Fellowship of the Guild is only awarded after extensive training and examination, and thus all Fellows of the Guild take their role at any function seriously.

However, this does not mean that the event will be rigid and formal, although such a service can be provided if required. Clients are frequently asking that their function be allowed to proceed in an informal, relaxed atmosphere, this is precisely what a professional Toastmaster will provide.
