Eric at an event

All functions should be carefully planned and co-ordinated to the last detail. Whether it be a wedding ceremony, dinner and dance etc. The memories of the hosts and guests should be a happy one. The presence of a traditional red-coated Toastmaster ensures that the correct etiquette is employed but essentially that the occasion passes off in a relaxed atmosphere, enjoyed by all.

By engaging the services of Eric at your reception you can be sure that he will be there to greet all of your guests on their arrival, and assist the photographer/videographer and banqueting staff with their roles, if required. He will also have made himself conversant with the venue and all it has to offer, prior to the arrival of the wedding party.

Eric will spend time with you meticulously planning the format of the day, and ensuring your requirements are carried out to the letter. He will also be able to offer advice and answer any queries you may have about the formalities of the day or the contents of the 'official' speeches. However, don't be put off by the terms 'formalities' and 'official'. It is your day and it will be tailor made to your own requirements. If you want your function to be relaxed but structured, then that is how Eric will conduct the proceedings.
